Bernie's KnuckleUnder™ Series is a pure back tension triggerless release and can be used with 3 or 4 fingers. It has a special place on the underside of the handle for the little finger knuckle on the finger, and for the ring finger on the 3 finger model. This helps the archer to draw safely, by placing pressure on the handle with the finger that's on the underside of the handle while the archer pulls primarily with the thumb and index finger.
