PLACING ORDERS: Please place orders online. Our goal is to give you the exact item you desire with as little variance as possible. In the event of an item out of stock, we will notify you and products will be put on backorder, unless directed otherwise. We strive to fill all backorders on a timely basis. We will give you an order number when we’re finished discussing your order. Due to manufacturers constantly improving products, older products may be discontinued at any given time.

TERMS OF SALE: All orders must be prepaid. We accept Visa and Mastercard. RETURNS: Defective merchandise is warranteed under the manufacturers warranty. Please contact the manufacturer in the event of a defective product. All merchandise is warranteed by the manufacturer, not Wolf Archery. We will offer any further information needed to help you. All sales are considered final. No cash refunds. COD returns to us will be refused.

PRICES: Prices are subject to change without notice because of increases from manufacturers, inflation, typographical errors, and factors beyond our control. For exceptionally large orders, please e-mail for a price quote.

SHIPPING: We will process and ship your order within 4 business days in most cases; one exception is when a backordered item is slowing the process. We ship via UPS or Parcel Post in the 48 contiguous United States. All shipments under $420 follow shipping chart. Freight and Insurance charges are prepaid and added to your invoice. Shipping shortages must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving the order. If you receive a damaged package, keep all damaged boxes and packing materials; file a claim with the carrier and then with us. Minnesota Sales Tax of 6.875% will be collected, except on clothing.

**FREE FREIGHT**: All orders that total $420+ will receive free UPS ground freight on all allowable items within the 48 contiguous U.S. Items not eligible for free freight are products that are oversized from the manufacturer which include treestands, targets, decoys, bow presses, string jigs, bow cases, deer clover seeds, ladders, etc. (Free freight does not include insurance charges, COD charges, and special orders). This is our way of saying thank you for your continued support of Wolf Archery.

Wolf Archery does not warrant that a person may legally purchase, possess, or carry specific items offered on this website according to federal, state or local laws. These items include, but are not limited to air guns, pellet guns, paintball guns, bows, slingshots, knives, blowguns, crossbows, and certain non-lethal chemical spray devices. A person placing an order for such items on this website warrants that he or she is an adult and is under no legal restrictions which would prohibit such person from ordering, owning, possessing, or transferring these items under applicable federal, state or local law. Further, these items cannot be sold to minors, convicted felons, those convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic abuse or those chemically dependent.
