We have added some extra features to our original Cough Silencer to create the Silencer Ultra Mag. The enhanced mouthpiece allows you to cough with magnum force without worrying about air escaping around the mouthpiece. The belt clip enables the Ultra Mag to be attached tot he lapel and positioned close to mouth for hands free operation. Olive Drab green helps in camouflage concealment.
